After being mocked and discouraged by the local community, his wife wrote the Rebbe a letter detailing their despair. What did the Rebbe answer and how did they overcome their challenges? The Power of Youth – A holy rebellion

The youth are rebelling, fighting against the status quo. Instead of rejecting G-d however, they’re expressing thirst in a quest to find spirituality. Youth have special qualities of untapped reserves of energy and enthusiasm. In addition, being still on the threshold of life, youth have a greater measure of goodness and purity, not having had too much contact with the negative aspects of life. It is our responsibility to respond to this rebellion and transform it into a power for good.
