It-s a Wake Up Call to Shluchim Rabbonim
The Killing of the Shliach in India was exactly in this same day, right after the Kinus Hashluchim.
The Mrs. Sharf who was killed was a Shlucha in India and killed the same anniversary of the same day immediately after the Kinus Hashluchim too, once again !
The Kinus Hashluchim #1, which was in 770, this past Motzoey Shabbos, devoted considerable part of the Kinus to encourage all shluchim to devote part of their resources to the Call of the Rebbe that Israel should not negotiate with the Arabs about giving away any part of Israel, because doing so would result in what happened today.
The Other Kinus Hashluchim, #2, in the Hotel, which took place Sunday night, failed to encourage the shluchim to fight for Shleimus Haaretz to prevent such terror activities which struck shluchim of India now, for the 2nd time in the same week.
Many Chabad Rabbonim in Israel are silent on Shelimus Haaretz issues, to this day. Perhaps now, that a Chabad area, was hit, perhaps Lubavitcher Rabbonim in Israel, will at least, now, begin to follow the directives of the Rebbe, to be vocal on Shelimus Haaretz issues, which the Rebbe says will prevent such attacks.

The above artical is the reason why we have all the problems in EY. Whet is the Kinuss Hashluchim #1 and the other Kinus Hashluchim #2 mean? the above is the precise problem there is no Ahavas Yisroeal with our own community we are fighting all the time the Rabbonim are fighting, the Gaboim are fighting, the Vaad Hakohol are fighting, the Bochurim are fighting, think about it we are all fighting with each other there is no segment of our community who are not fighting, never mind Shlamus Hoaretz we should work on Shlamus Lubavitch Crown nights, we are only worried about Yenem, Ven es Kumt Tzo Unzerera problems we say we are fine our kids are fulling of the Derech וכו׳, and you are warried about the other Kinus Hashluchim not speaking about Shalmus Hooretz
