  • TO #2: GO TO A DOCTOR

I overdosed on homeopathic pills this morning. Got quite a sugar high.

homeopathy is NOT nonsense. Sometimes it does not work, but there are times when it has helped tremendously in many areas.
you can find her in the tzach directory.

  • chossid

Wonderful, make us all look like superstitious idiots.

Homeopathy has been proven again and again to be absolute nonsense.

  • Milhouse

#4, Homoeopathy CANNOT work. It’s physically impossible. There is no active ingredient in these so-called “remedies”. The whole theory of homoeopathy is that the more diluted an ingredient is the more powerful it is, and if it’s so diluted that most of the bottles into which the mixture is poured don’t contain even a single molecule of the original ingredient, then it’s super-powerful! Have you ever heard such nonsense in your life? Someone who believes in this stuff is a shoteh and can’t be trusted for any purpose.

  • DaasTorah

Her advice is interesting but homeopathy is utter rubbish. It’s 100% water and simply does not work.

  • Nonsense?

Homeopathy is not nonsense. People negating something without having studied it comprehensively….that’s nonsense. It boggles my mind when people know nothing about a subject and yet profess to know it all. I have used homeopathy with good results many times. Of course, there have been times I have not met with success. That is no different from procedures within a traditional model of medicine!

  • Speak not when you know not....

Arrogance is arrogance, any way you look at it. You know, sometimes it renders the speaker arrogant, when (s)he speaks with assurance about something (s)he is far from an expert on. How many naysayers have actually delved in depth regarding homeopathic medicine? Traditional western medicine is not a panacea. There is more than one way to approach the process of healing. Personally, I am more interested in results than in rigidity of the mind. If you or someone dear to you were suffering and conventional medicine didn’t put a dent in a resolution, would you just “let it go”? Where would your priorities be….your ego or your perseverance? Your openness to possibilities, or your need to be right?

  • To #8 and other uninformed writers----

No doubt you have not studied homeopathy. And if you have not studied something, wouldn’t you say you are not an expert? And if you are not an expert, doesn’t it stand to reason that your assessment is void of dependable information? Homeopathy is not nonsense. It has validity based on explainable results. No system is perfect, but there is more than one system to consider in the spectrum of healing. No sane person would refuse potential for healing through a different modality, if the first one was not successful. Bottom line.

  • To #9

Where did you get the idea that it was 100% water? In no way is that true! I know! I’ve seen remedies made!

  • A believer

A small stimulation of the body’s energy flow can do wonders in rebalancing it. Why do you say tehillium or ask for a healing by the Torah or change a name? Totry to change the energy field………

Maybe many people should learn more before they speak foolishly.

  • Milhouse

#10, it is 100% water, or alcohol. The so-called active ingredient is diluted in water or alcohol, and then it is diluted again, many times, until the amount that gets into any given bottle may have not a single molecule of the so-called ingredient left.

#11, Apparently you are not a believer at all. We say tehillim or pray to ask Hashem to heal us. We change a name in case there is a gezera against the old name. NONE of this has to do with “energy fields”, whatever those are. How can saying a mi sheberach change a supposed “energy field” many miles away, but reciting the Declaration of Independence cannot? How can praying to Hashem change an “energy field” (again assuming such a thing even existed) but praying lehavdil to Baal or Jesus cannot? The answer is that there is no such thing as “energy fields”, but Hashem runs the world and He makes people sick or heals them as He pleases.

  • Looking closely

Did anyone notice the video and her voice was totally off? I guess they retaped it?? Weird.

Before i give my response to Milhouse and Das Torah, let me advise you of the recall of Romanine Lettuce; it is not expected to be as big as the previous recall which threatened to remove all romaine lettuce from the stores before Pesach a couple of years ago.
Milhouse and Das Torah, you are all wet, Granted it was a bad interview done by the host of the program, but for someone who has been in the food business, the pharmacutical business and the natural remedy business as as Masgiach and quality control supervisor, I can tell you for certain that Homeopathy does work.
Homeopathuy is based on ancient Jewish tradition as well as ancient Chinese medicine. The basic principle that the body inside needs to be in harmony with itself; anger, fustration, fear, hatred, love can all upset the balance and disturb the seat of emotions, thought and harmony with in. From the spiiritual concept, this developed into the physical concepts of moderation, meditation, contiplation balance in life and so forth.
It is a well known fact that not evey person is the same, therefore for a heart patient a by pass might work for one while medication might work for the other. so to is it for homeopathy, all the information must be had and some times it is a trail and error even though basic treatments might work. Just like persons who digestive problems and food alergies goes through elimination diets to find the cause, so to with medicine and homeopathy, trail and error becomes necessay until the right answer is found; sometimes sooner then later or the reverse.
Mrs. Chana is right about what we injest as being a major cause of our ill-being; LUdwig Feurbach stated “Der mensch is was er est>” and we see this in the growth of gluten free foods and diets because the procssed wheat we eat no longer serves the healthful function it use to in the days of yore–see the book WHEAT BELLY-chief amoung the culprits are white proccess sandwich bread, white hotdog and hamburger rolls, pastry and Challah. The worse offender is Jewish food which has laged consistently behind nutritional and health improvement because of the the slogan -well it is kosher what do want? Ever seen some of the dreck that is put into the stuff you buy such as tuna salid, can vegies and so forth And when plants–of which I have cited among others who have done likewise–we hear the retort that we are being picked on because we are kosher-to whit my sentance responese is{Censored} Read the labels and see what you are eating. Good food habits is part of homeopathy as well.
I rambeled on enough—So to Milhouse and Das Torah, as well as to those others non-believes, that homeopathy and natural supplements do work-but the key is moderation, even keel for temperment and what you ingest as far as food

Many children have been able to avoid tubes in their ears from using homeopathy, women with infections while nursing their babies have avoided medications with the use pf homeopathy. I work with surgeons in Manhattan who have seen abscesses dissolve after using Homeopathy treatment. Homeopathy is complex. There are over 5000 homeopathic remedies and it is often difficult to find the correct remedy. When we understand how the illness is effecting the person and not put him in a general category then homeopathic medicine can be powerful. When someone has a disease like multiply sclerosis each person that has the horrible disease presents with different symptoms. A homeopath looks at the symptoms of the disease, learns how it is manifesting in the person’s body and guides the person in how to help his specific disease. You need patience when using homeopathy and that is what most people are missing today. Homeopathy stimulates the body to balance itself. Once the body begins to heal itself the person discontinues the remedy and the body continues the healing itself.

the human mind is the strongest medicine. if it believes in a sugar pill it can be motivated to trigger cures. (placebo). people are generally sheep, followers and believers. it’s not the homeopathy that is follish, it is the human mind that is easily pliable.

Why do you say tehillium or ask for a healing by the Torah or change a name? Totry to change the energy field………

This is the sad level to which we have sunk. Torah mixed in with New Age garbage about energy fields?

We do what we do so Hashem will see that we are acting in a way that merits the annulation of a certain decree.

The sociopaths do what they do to make a quick-quack buck.

I work with surgeons in Manhattan who have seen abscesses dissolve after using Homeopathy treatment.

Where are these surgeons? Are they the ones who play doctor in the dayroom of the psych ward at Bellevue?

Come to think of it, if no one else has bought the rubble of the G-building of old, all of the naturopathic, homeopathic and pathological sociopaths in the shechuna ought to take it over and open a clinic there.

Ever seen some of the dreck that is put into the stuff you buy such as…homeopathic remedies, overpriced vitamins, phoney organic products and other dreck that people whose FOOD STAMPS barely feed their families waste the GOVERNMENT’s money on every month?

  • Chabad Classic, not Lite

    multiply sclerosis

While this could be a spell-check error, I suspect that it is also a reflection of this quacktitioner’s medical knowledge.

Then again, the d**ck that she peddles just might multiply various forms of sclerosis.

Everything we do is controlled and enabled by electrical signals running through our bodies. Our bodies are made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons. Protons have a positive charge, neutrons have a neutral charge, and electrons have a negative charge. When these charges are out of balance, an atom becomes either positively or negatively charged. The switch between one type of charge and the other allows electrons to flow from one atom to another. This flow of electrons is what we call electricity. Our bodies are huge masses of atoms, and almost all our cells generate electricity. Electrical flow can be disturbed or blocked due to various causes, such as an electric shock, G-d forbid, or could be disturbed by something we touch or eat.

Homeopathy does work – I have good experience with it and so have my kids. It may work by changing the electrical flow in the body. There are other alternative treatments called NAET or Bioset, which work by changing the electrical flow in the body. Electricity is also called energy.

Everything we do is controlled and enabled by electrical signals running through our bodies…….

A tinfoil hat does wonders in controlling these signals. You can wear one under your hat instead of a yarmulke. Just make sure to use organic, natural, free-trade aluminum foil or your signals might get confused.

Tinfoil is much cheaper than NAET or Bioset, but a month in R-building is free.
