This was Chabad of South Florida, Pinny and Chaim Lipskar. This is not the event that will take place next week with Chabad of Hollendale. Also, they sang once and the menorah was lit 1 hour later.

How did they sing in Florida as they sang at Chanukah on Ice in Central Park the same night!
