Truly awesome! I pray that this Yid’s neshama
shines brighter and brighter–that eventually other
Jews will come to learn from him.

Thanks for posting this. The anti-semitism in Hungary is a much bigger problem than the members of Jobbik. The ruling Fidesz party uses much of the same rhetoric.

Is there anyone out there who is also concerned with developments in Hungary? I’m looking for others who are concerned.

  • The "WHITE TERROR" 1919-20

My father, when he was 8-9 years old, was living in Budapest during those years, after first living in the Bronx, till after WW1. When the pogrom (known as the “White Terror” – 5,000 murdered; 3,000 Jewish) broke out, for 3 days, they could not leave their house, otherwise they would have been lynched. On the third day, a car pulled up from the American Embassy. They got in and drove to a famous train back then called the “Orient Express (went throughout Europe).” When they got on the train, a Hungarian guard got on and made an announcement,”If anyone touches these people, I’m going to kill them!” (they were already American citizens, so, I guess, the Hungarians did not want to mess with that). So, that’s how they escaped, never to return again.
When i was a young kid, I got curious about Hungary, and wanted my father to teach me more about it, maybe even going there for a visit. He finally lost it and cursed them out:”THOSE DIRTY, ROTTEN, MISERABLE, B…RDS, WHAT THEY DID!!!”
