Rabbi Paul Liner was a member of our shul in Yorba Linda for several years before he passed away. He was a very kind and sensitive person. It comes as a big surprise to watch here as he spoke with the Rebbe. We always knew that he wanted to grow in his observance of mitzvos. It was an honor to have him join us at Chabad of Yorba Linda, California. When he passed away, his wife turned over his seforim library to our shul, so we have a small part of his legacy with us.

I wonder if this is the Rabbi Liner who was at Temple Beth Sholom in Montreal, Canada. A very close friend of my family when I was a young girl. Most infuential in our observances.
