CrownHeights.info obtained video footage of a thief who stole the seats off bikes parked outside Oholei Torah Mesivta this afternoon.
The thief is seen to be a black male and appears to be in his late 40’s or early 50’s.
Over the course of 15 minutes the thief went back and forth, each time loosening the seats in preparation of a quick theft, and one of the bikes he attempted to cut the chain.
The video was captured by a surveillance system in Yossel Mochkins Kretchmeh pizza shop.

your comment is sheer stupidity and disgusting! are shomrim prophets do they know of every single time a person attempts to do a crime?! were shmrim called to the scene when the person was trying to steal? i know they were not! just show some appreciation for the team of haed working people that give of their time and money to protect your community.
