Video – Shliach Gives Opening Prayer at State Senate

Shliach to Tallahasee, FL, Rabbi Schneur Z. Oirechman gives the opening prayer at the Senate Session meeting held on April 21, 2010.

At the start of the prayer, Rabbi Oirechman announced that he has brought a large Pushka with him. He said that at the last time he gave the prayer over, someone complaied about the size of the Pushka.
