FOX News Video – Improper Curb Cut Parking Tickets
MYFOXNY.COM – Someone hasn’t clued-in New York City ticket writers or they are not reading the rule book. That is because Fox 5 found that in some cases they are giving tickets that are just plain wrong.
The conflict is over tickets being given to cars parked at certain curb cuts at T intersections. In certain cases, it is perfectly legal — yet ticket writers are slapping the vehicles with fines of $165.

Citizens dont stand a chance in court. Agents blatantly lie as I personally experienced, and the judges are told to rule in favor of those lying uneducated ignoramuses. DMV Administrative law judges function under the same system of ‘generating revenue for the city’ just like the lying agents have quotas.

Oh, I forgot this is Crown Heights where everyone lives of the government and no one knows what “stand up for yourself” even means. I am responsible for myself?! What?!
