It seems that the rebbe touches but not kiss the mizuzza. Anybody know why?

In this video the Rebbe is going to the Mikvah not to the Ohel. When going to the Ohel the Rebbe always sat in the front seat as opposed to all other times when the Rebbe travelled by car when he sat in the back seat.
Kissing the Mezuza is not mentioned in the Rama who says that one should touch the Mezuza when he walks by. However the Kitzur Shulchan Aruch does mention that one should kiss the mezuza when he walks past.
The Rebbe always touched the Mezuza but he never would kiss his hand afterwards.

Yossel, you probably realized it’s called: Preparations for the Ohel and not going to the Ohel. The JEM staff did not want to title the video: “The Rebbe on the way to the Mikva

The video doesn’t say going to ohel, it says “as he leaves to prepare for the ohel” (on the way to the car) and when he comes back it says “returning to 770 before heading to the ohel”
