Chabad of Southern Colorado is nearing completion of its beautiful Mikvah. Rabbi Moshe Liberow who has been on Shlichus in the area since 2001, said “There has been a great need of a Mikvah for the locals as well as for the many tourists that visit this region”. The drive to Denvers' Mikvah – which is currently the closest, is close to 130 miles round trip. Thus, this new Mikvah will enable many to start keeping this integral Mitzvah. After much work and red tape acquiring the necessary permits etc, the work began right before Purim and is now nearing completion.
