    I have no words!!!
I know that the kid in the video is not the one singing but is it realy mayer singing? sounds very good!

  • elagant & harzig

To me, Rivkin sounds better on his first CD (the Rebbes niggunim) and also his second (the Baal Tefiloh). I think the volume on the video was not high enough, but he still sounds harzig and elagant. I am eagerly awaiting his 3rd CD with all the 13 niggunim. Please hurry!

  • to USOAG

Are you related to Mayer? Noticed you on another website with the same comment. Be a little original… USOAG.

I happen to agree with you tough. He sounds better to me every time I hear him. Really, this guys voice is not like the run of the mill singers out there today. Its got like this special softness to it.

LETS ARRANGE A CONCERT FOR HIM AND WE WILL SEE. I TOLD HIM A NUMBER OF TIMES THAT HE IS DOING HIS MANY FANS AN INJUSTICE BY NOT GETTING INTO THE CONCERT MODE. HE IS NOT AGRESSIVE ENOUGH. CHAVAL, HE HAS THIS GREAT DIFFERENT VOICE AND ITS GOING TO WASTE.

  • Crown street;Freinds

    Meyer is of the Giants in Klal yisroel;;;;;;;;;; A True perfectionest;
    Much success;;;;;;Till moshiach

  • NG, L.A.

Very good Meyer! Never knew I had such a talented neighbor back in the ‘hood. I think however, you need to give credit-where credit is due – Raphi Tennenhaus was the composer of that song Bog War 1974, Team Mezuzah (came in thir place if I remember correctly – but the song was most memorable)

  • KL

what does that mean “soon to be released ‘wake up yidden’”?

isn’t there a tape wake up yidden released a long while ago (i like by tzlil v’zemer)

  • OY REBBE!!!!

Ask Hashem to GIVE THEM A BROCHO THEY SHOULD HAVE HATZLOCHO AND LETS HOPE WE’LL MEET AGAIN….let us all SET ASIDE TIME DURING EACH DAY, TO STUDY HIS TORAH AND PRAY….and please! HASHEM YISHMOR TZAISCHO, SAFE AND SECURE, UNTIL YOU’LL BE WITH US ONCE MORE….

what hashgocho protis, that this video, with these words, should surface just now, in this time of war, with the soinim of Am Yisroel and Eretz Yisroel….

We must all scream, until the entire world listens, what The Rebbe says in this video:

“MEN SHTELT ZICH AVEK MIT A TAYKEF, UN MIT NESHEK, UN M’ZOGT:
DEE LAND GIHERT TZU UNZ, UN M’TOHR AHEEN KAYNEM NISHT ARAIN LOZEN…VAIL DER OIBERSHTER HUT DOS GEGEBEN!”

Thank you for bringing us this timely video. May we continue to hear Besurois Toivois and DEEDAN NOTZACH!!!!!

  • problem solved!

mayer…if kl is correct…i have a perfect solution for you.

name your new cd: “WAKE UP YIDDEN NOW” (main title)

and……………“WE WANT MOSHIACH NOW” (sub title)

with a chatchy attractive cover (like you know how to do).

  • carried away

a great voice – absolutly. a real nice guy – yes indeed. a perfectionist – for sure. a “Giant in Klal Yisroel” ???
lets not get carried away with ourselves here!

  • ITS ALL GOOD

if AISH can emulate Chabad (and I think it’s a good thing).
he can do “wake up yidden” (and I think it’s a good thing).

what happened to Yagdil Torah Viadir?

guys, we gotta loosen up, we gotta stay cool, we gotta chil

and fulfill the Rebbes will. Aye…wait a second. is this a

CGI NY, Montreal, or Detroit song? so, what’s the difference?

    ITS ALL GOOD!

  • got credit?

am sure they will give proper credit to Rayfee Tenenhouse and Gershon Sable (joint venture?) of Montreal fame. however i think the jury is still out on what year, bog, color war and who were the generals.

by the way Rabbi Tenenhouse, you might want to think about having Rivkin sing at your next Chanuka rally. you’d make a bunch of people very happy.

  • how bout this?

hears one for your album title:
    YIDDEN! WAKE UP!
short, sweet and to the point.
    Go for it!

  • said some psalms

as i read the “oh rebbe” comment above (had a chabad fellow who works in our office translate) and while looking at the pure deep expressions on the boys face in the video, i have to admit, notwithstanding, the macho guy that i am and all, i cried like a babby (havent done that in a long time).

thank you. it was a good feeling. a bunch of us said some chapters of psalms together for our boys in harms way.
May they come back soon, healthy and victorious.
