As R. Moshe Rubashkin, head of the Vaad HaKahal, was dancing in the streets of Crown Heights accompanied by a float playing lively Purim music, where he was 'lucky' enough to run into his political rival R. Chanina Sperlin.
Witnesses described the scene as Sperlin Yelling at Rubashikin Something to the effect of “Chillul Hashem” and “Why are you laying on the street?”.
