This picture appears in a documentary book about Hasidim The boos is named “A people Apart” it was published be E. P. Dutton & Co. in 1970 (It was one of the very early of this sort)
The books contains 185 Pictures taken between 1967 -70,by a photographer Philip Garvin, he studied in Yale university and his base in CH was the home of Rabbi and Mrs. Moshe& Bracah Bogomilsky,(They played an active role in the making of the book)
In the book this is picture #152 and is described as a “A business discussion: two Lubavitcher and a non-Lubavitcher Hasid in Crown Heights
The 2 Lubavitcher are Reb Yaakov Friedman and Reb Hillel Levinson z”l

This picture is a real expression of the Alte Tzeiten the good old days (not so long agon though). The two special people I see in the picture were given over to do a Good Deed for another Yid. They did it with all their heart and soul.Its sad to say They don’t make them today..To the right R’ Hillel Levinson in the MIddle R’ Yakov Friedman z”l
