Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida hosts a successful JBN Event

FORT MYERS, FL [CHI] — Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida under the directorship of Shluchim Rabbi Yitzchok and Nechamie Minkowicz hosted another successful JBN – Jewish Business Networking event.

The JBN event once again took place at the new state of the art Mercedes-Benz dealership in Fort Myers, FL. The event was very well attended by the local Business people.

A wonderful speaker, and noted author Dan Solin engaged everyone with his wonderful wit and wisdom. The crowd enjoyed delicious gourmet food and terrific company as they shmoozed and networked.

A brand new directory was released at the event featuring 16 new members. The directory organizes current membership which exceeds 100 members with alphabetized listings under last name, business name and categories.

The event was also attended by the local Shluchim: Rabbi Yossi Labkowski from Cape Coral, FL and Rabbi Mendy Greenberg from Bonita, FL.

Everyone left the event feeling energized and excited to be part of such a vibrant Jewish community. The Jewish Business Network impacts people’s lives as evidenced by the following letter written to Rabbi Minkowicz by a member after the event:

Dear Rabbi Minkowicz:
I did attend the event and wish to thank you for the excellent speaker. My husband died almost 4 years ago, and I have made every financial (and many other!) mistake a person could make. On Sabbath I prayed that G-d would give me the wisdom to not squander the little I have left, and to help me be wise, and LOOK! I go to your event, and I am shown wisdom.
