MONROE, NY [CHI] — A spirited and special Simcahs Beis Hashoeivah Farbengen took place in Monroe, NY at the Sukkah of Dr. Zev & Sima Chana Zelenko, on Chai Tishrei. Many Satmar Chasidim and locals from the Chabad community, including the Shliach to the area, Rabbi Pesach Burston, united together at this occasion.

MONROE, NY [CHI] — A spirited and special Simcahs Beis Hashoeivah Farbengen took place in Monroe, NY at the Sukkah of Dr. Zev & Sima Chana Zelenko, on Chai Tishrei. Many Satmar Chasidim and locals from the Chabad community, including the Shliach to the area, Rabbi Pesach Burston, united together at this occasion.

Dr. Zev Zelenko serves as the Primary Care Physician, as well the Medical Director of Hatzalah in Kiryas Joel, home to 20,000 Satmar Chassidim.
Dr. Zelenko Farbrenged, and participants sang and danced to live music played by Yoely Rubin. During the Farbrengen, many people praised the devotion of Dr. Zelenko for his “Shlichus” in healing the bodies of the Kiryas Joel community, and for his work in being mekarev yidden – “healing of souls” – with the greater Orange County community together with Chabad of Orange County.
