Siyum Sefer Torah in the Berkshires

Berkshires, MA — Sunday night, in a huge tent behind the Chabad House, directed by Rabbi & Mrs. Levi Volovik, a Siyum Sefer Torah was held in the presence of nearly 200 people who came from far and wide to participate in the historic occasion.

A cocktail hour and the inscribing of the final letters was followed by a procession accompanied with live music and Hakofos. Afterwards there was a Seudas Mitzvah.

The Torah was written in honor of the Jewish community of the Berkshires and in memory of Rabbi Tzvi Bronstein and Marc Cooper.
