Chabad of Greenwich ‘skinned knee’ lecture draws 200

Greenwich, CT — Almost 200 people attended parenting conference on April 30 at the Englanders home in Greenwich to hear the lecture of Wendy Mogel’s the author of the book The blessing of the Skinned Knee.

The lecture was aimed for couples who want to learn about parenting.

Chabad hosts, once a month, guest lectures that address the congregation at the Kiddush (12:15 p.m.) on a wide variety of issues facing Jewish life today.

Chabad hosts many speakers and workshop throughout the year. The workshops include courses in Kaballah for men and women, couple discussion groups, flashback in Jewish history, mommy and me music with Bobby Doowah and friendship circle holiday program among others.
