World’s Largest Jewish Center to Be Unveiled
Next Sunday, the Jewish community in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine will celebrate the dedication of the world’s largest Jewish community center, named The Menorah.
The Menorah was built under the leadership of Chief Rabbi of Dnepropetrovsk, Rabbi Shmuel Kamenetzski. It was funded by two philanthropists: Jewish community president Mr. Gennady Bogolubov and his associate Mr. Igor Kolomoisky.
The Menorah towers over the skyline of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine’s third largest city, and can be seen from miles around.
