Thousands of Israeli Jews who utilized their Purim vacation to visit the Western Wall in Jerusalem were given the opportunity to put on Tefilin, hear the Megillah and receive Shalach Monos at the ‘Chabad Kotel Stand’ directed by Rabbi Yossi Halprin.
