Sign Language Video Producer Has New Home

Since moving from California to New York to continue his yeshiva studies, Jewish Deaf Multimedia founder Yehoshua Soudakoff has shifted production to a new location in Crown Heights. Here he is pictured recording his latest Sign Language video in front of a green screen at his studio in the Chabad.org offices at 770 Eastern Parkway.

Soudakoff started Jewish Deaf Multimedia about two years ago, in order to produce Jewish video content in ASL (American Sign Language.)

Today, he has produced more than 80 educational videos, including teaching the weekly parsha in ASL. He has partnered with Chabad.org’s Jewish.TV to expand his reach. Nowhere else is there such a large collection of deaf-friendly Jewish information available.

Visit Chabad.org/ASL to see Soudakoff’s videos in ASL.
