Young Leadership Program Launched in Russia

A new exciting youth movement, named ‘EnerJew,’ has been successfully established and implemented by the Federation of Jewish Communities, aimed at the teenagers and youngsters of Russian and Ukrainian Jewry. With five branches in the first stage during 2013, EnerJew is expected to double during 2014.

The new movement, generously sponsored by philanthropist Mr. Gregory Finger and the FJC’s President Mr. Lev Leviev, conducts special and unique activities geared at ensuring Jewish continuity and identity amongst teenagers, and takes pride in the deep involvement of its participants in every aspect of the programs.

The ‘EnerJew’ youth movement is accompanied by a professional and experienced staff of mentors, and has already run special three-day seminars in Moscow for its coordinators, staff and young activists.
