Purim in the Jungle at Chabad of Markham

For a moment everyone thought that the trainer would be eaten by her tiger, but thank G-d the tiger was on a leash and they got to enjoy a fabulous show.
The families gathered were treated to an African buffet, complete with bean soup, mili pap, salads, African hot dogs, and jungle style pastas. The Chabad house was transformed into a jungle, with palm trees, animal silhouettes, monkeys and birds.
All of the guests traded Shalach Manos, gave Tzedakah, heard Megillah and enjoyed the Purim Seuda. The only question now is: how is Chabad of Markham going to one-up this one for next Purim?

I’d never take the chance of bringing in a leashed Tiger… Chos V’Shalom, you never know. You always hear stories on the news, like, animals escape from zoo… If they can escape heavy metal wire fences from a zoo, this stupid leash is nothin’

yes they were real, should have been there. it was UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Kudos to Rabbi Grossbaum!!!
Let’s give the REAL credit where it is due: Rabbi Zalman Ahron Grossbaum and his son Itche!!

I THOUGHT I TAW A PUDDY CAT………. I DID I DID I DID SEE A PUDDY CAT
These jungle cats should be roaming free in nature instead of being on a leash in a Chabad House.
I know the answer!

I know! I know!
For the Pessach sedarim you decorate Chabad of Markham like Egypt (pyramids, Sphinx etc.) and even have live Nile crocodiles walking around (from Reptile World) and a display of frogs and locust.
