Shluchim Provide Creative Winter Enrichment for Youth

Chabad of Orange County, NY, led by Rabbi Pesach and Chana Burston, recently hosted a winter enrichment program for children at “Come Craft with Me” in Monroe.  The program was well attended by children of all ages from throughout the county.

Participants, under the guidance of art instructors, painted Jewish-themed ceramics and created hand crafted cards for children in hospitals.  Afterward, children enjoyed Jewish story time and kosher healthy snacks.

“This event offered a lovely outlet for children to be creative and socialize in a warm environment during these winter months,” said Chana Burston.
