New Shluchim To California

Rabbi and Mrs. Mendel and Chaia Cohen of Crown Heights have just moved on Shlichus to Los Angeles, where they will direct the Chabad Mobile Kitchen; and the Ma’alot Chabad Center.

The Cohens were appointed by Chabad of California.
