Chabad Rebbetzin Unlocks Keys to Happiness
About 25 women from the Palm Beach Jewish Women’s Circle of the Chabad of Northern Palm Beach Island recently heard about the keys to happiness based on the foundations of Judaism. Visiting Rebbetzin Shula Bryski from Chabad of Thousand Oaks, California, lectured on the topic to the riveted crowd of Floridians.
These include having purpose and meaning in our lives, recognizing that we as individuals have a unique mission, and cultivating a sense of appreciation and gratitude.
It is also about focusing on kindness and giving, asking myself not what the world can give to me, but what can I give to the world.
Happiness cannot come from an outside source, said Bryski. It must come from an “inner wellspring.”

don-t understand
big whoop to the whole article. 10 people show up to free food so what’s the big deal
To number 9
Come to think of it– shame you weren’t there for the free food. You really could have benefited from Shula’s Happiness Workshop.
But then again, why should we offer you a free workshop when you can pay for the therapy that you need.
cheerful to not so cheerful
hey #9,
looks like you need a little happiness workshop yourself! feeling a lil critical? jealous are ya?
FREE-THERAPY
hi #9
tell us about yourself
we want to help
I WAS THERE
first of all there weren’t ten people there
there were 25
not every photo shows every person in the room, it would require a special wide-lens camera for that (pay attention, #9, i think you can understand this if you stay focused)
second of all
there was no free food
every woman there paid admission, i think it was $18, could have been $25, that part I do not recall exactly.
