Rabbi Avremi and Channy Lapine of Crown Heights, together with their son Mendel, will IYH soon be moving on Shlichus to Columbia, Missouri, where they will establish a permanent Chabad-Lubavitch presence at the University of Missouri. They will be serving the needs of the students as well as the local community and of the sorrounding areas.

The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Shalom Wineberg, Head Shliach to Kansas and Missouri, and would like to thank George Rohr and Rabbi Moshe Katlorsky for making it possible.
