Before Pesach, Chabad of Oxnard Director and Port Hueneme Police Chaplain Rabbi Dov Muchnik lead a “moment of inspiration” to the Board of Ventura County Supervisors on at the Ventura Government Center. He followed that by the Pledge of Allegiance.
