Hallandale Beach Completes 1st Part of Ayin Beis

A Siyum of the first Sefer of the increasingly popular series of discourses, 5672 – Ayin Beis, was recently held, on 27 Shevat, at Chabad of South Broward Headquarters, in Hallandale Beach, Florida.

The daily Shiur in Ayin Beis takes place every weekday morning at 6:15AM, one half hour before the first Minyan. The Shiur began a week after Gimmel Tammuz, 5771, and a year and a half later, on 9 Shevat, 5773, Chelek Aleph of the three volume series, that contains 144 Discourses ( the largest series of Chassidic Discourses), was completed. Sure enough, the final part of the final Maamor in Volume 1, deals with a major theme of the Yud Shevat Maamor, Bosi L’Gani.

Guest speaker at the Siyum, was Rabbi Chaim Itche Drizin, who gave some historic background to Ayin Beis, and how his father, Reb Avrohom Drizin Mayorer, a”h, and many other Temimim, were given the tools and the wherewithal to go on Mesirus Nefesh for Yiddishkeit and Chassidus, after Communism set in, because of the strength they received from this Hemshech, series of discourses. These discourses was the main subject studied ( and breathed) by the Temimim from 1912-1916, shortly before Communism took hold of Russia and its inhabitants. “I don’t know if the Temimim would have had the courage to go on such Mesiras Nefesh, were it not for this profound Hemshech that they learned, breathed and lived with, shortly before the Communists took over” Reb Chaim Itche concluded.

Simultaneously, a Siyum was also made on the Rambam. Rabbi Raphael Tennenhaus, Head Shliach of South Broward, made note of the connection between the two Siyumim, as the ” Rebbe Rashab was referred to as the Rambam of Chassidus.”
