Florida Teens Celebrate Chanukah Like Never Before
Over ten of Chabad Youth Networks public school teen groups had a Chanukah celebration! The teens had their very first taste of Chanukah with doughnuts and genuine homemade potato latkes made by Rebbetzen Dini Gutnick. The platter was licked clean within seconds. One teen exclaimed, “I can definitely do eight days of this!” From there, their Chanukah spirits were awakened, and they were ready for more!
They enjoyed an interactive presentation of Chanukah hearing the miraculous story by Rabbi Shmuly G. pressing olives, and playing nonstop dreidel tournaments. In one public school all the clubs joined the Jewish club for a special Chanukah party in a show of unity.
