The years are off; for the Kinus of 5744 you should write 1983, 5745 – 1984, etc. This year – 5770 – is still 2009.

interesting to note that the year right after gimmel tammuz there is a sudden decrease in shluchim and all the years before it, it did not matter as much as to whom would sit in the front row…

You can never see everyone in these pictures
To get a much better looking picture with a little help from photo shop they can…
a) Take a picture on stadium seats where you can see every one then put 770 in the back
b) have a few bored guys take all the pics from the files of the badges and photoshop them together into a nice portrait then continue from step two in the last idea..

Maybe back then it wasn’t all that “in” to fly in for the kinnus.
