New Shluchim to New York State
Rabbi Levi and Hadasa (nee Stein) Slonim have recently moved on Shlichus to Binghamton, NY, where they will serve as programming and development directors at Chabad of Binghamton.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Aaron Slonim, Director of Chabad of Binghamton.
