Unfortunately our elected community representatives allowed this to happen without protest.
If there would be a handful of community members practicing civil disobedience in protest of the bullying and abuse (and violations), we would be in a different place.
Instead, a single community member who risked himself and took a stand and physically blocked work, was rebuked.

What about Kingston Ave?

Do you noise as in 3am-4am?
Our community has allowed itself to be bullied by Harvey Lyons and the rest of the criminals at Maspeth Supply and their colluders in the various NYC departments (DDC, DOT, DEP etc).
Had Maspeth Supply been heavily fined for their constant violations (and better yet – permanently banned from doing any work for NYC) our community wouldn’t have to endure the abuse!
