PSA: Check Your License, The Police Are Cracking Down On Small Infractions

There is presently a special focus taking place citywide from the NYPD on running every driver that is pulled over for a traffic violation, like a cell phone or seat belt violation, to run their name in the NYPD database and search for even supposedly minor stuff. If you have anything outstanding, the person will be placed under arrest and brought in to station to be processed. Unfortunately, there were several haimeshe chevra that have been arrested for such stuff.

The most common reasons for arrest are having too many points on a person’s license, a missed a court appearance, failure to pay for child support, and unpaid tickets. So please, if you know anybody that might have one of these, let them know to straighten it out as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary embarrassment of getting cuffed and searched in public, as well as the headache of going to central booking and being treated like an actual criminal for something that you might have just forgotten to take care of.

  • Digression

So Crown Heights just experienced two murders in the past two days in the other side of town, so now the cops are coming and cracking down on the dangerous criminals who have too many points on their licenses. Good work

  • What the he**?

Jews are getting targeted across NYC, so we ask the NYPD for help, so they show up and start arresting us! What in the world is going on? How is this okay?

  • Go To Utica Avenue!

On Tuesday, there was a murder on President and Utica.
On Wednesday, there was a murder on Union and Utica.
So on Thursday, the cops decide to catch all the dangerous criminals with points on their licenses on Kingston Ave.

    This is honestly twisted.

Go to Utica Ave and go after real criminals!
