New York’s governor says the U.S. Department of Defense will set up emergency mobile fuel stations around the New York City metro area. Free gasoline will be distributed, with a 10-gallon per-person limit.

The announcement was made Saturday at a briefing by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

However the Government is telling the public to stay away from the free NY fuel stations until 1st responders get gas.

Here’s a list of the places to find free emergency fuel stations in New York City and on Long Island.

• Queens Armory, 93-05 160th St., Jamaica.
• Bronx Armory, 10 West 195th St.
• Brooklyn Armory, 1579 Bedford Ave. (CHI Scout: to get on the line for vehicles you need to enter from Washington Avenue and Empire Boulevard.)
• Staten Island, Elizabeth Armory, 321 Manor Road.
• Long Island, Freeport Armory, 63 Babylon Turnpike.

U missed Romney’s point. He would give the fema money to the state which would get it where its needed faster and cheeper.
