Alternate Side Parking Regulations are suspended citywide tomorrow, Monday, January 6, to facilitate snow removal. Payment at parking meters will remain in effect throughout the city.

Don’t they understand that only IF you have alternate side parking in effect the streets get cleaned! Move all cars and each side can be shoveled properly. Can’t they figure this out?
