Registration for Menorah Parade Extended

The Mitzvah Tank Parade office has issued a clarification regarding the annual Chanukah Menorah parade that is scheduled to take place Monday night. Contrary to what was understood before, those who participated in the parade last year will still have to register for this year’s parade.

The registration requirement is in accordance with the instructions of the NYPD, and they will not allow unregistered drivers to join the parade.

However, if you registered last year you don’t have to submit a copy of your license and car registration, as those documents have been securely kept on file.

In light of these changes, the deadline for registration has been extended to Sunday evening at 6:00pm.
