Dear Friends,
A great tragedy has fallen on our community, Chabad and the entire Jewish people. On Monday, an entire family has been shattered, in a split second, as they were taking a Chol HaMoed trip in a remote area of Texas.

The family is long standing very involved members of the Houston Lubavitch community.
I appeal to anyone that is reading this to say tehilim, do a mitzvah and make hachlatos for a Refua Shelaima for Peretz ben Masha and Masha bas Sonya and Leilo Nishmas Flora bas Yosef and Yosef ben Yisroel.
Everyone is urged to donate to a special fund set up to help the family – Every little bit counts: Every penny will go directly to the family to help them cope with the financial aspect of their unfortunate loss. CLICK HERE TO SEND A SECURE ONLINE DONATION TO THE GOLDING FAMILY EMERGENCY FUND.

In MEMORY
In addition to doing what is requested in the above article may I suggest that we all make a hachlata to say a kapital t’hillim each day specifically to demand the Geulah so that all these tragedies will cease, we will all be reunited with all our loved ones but this time forever and we’ll be able to spend our days serving hashem with Menuchas hanefesh and Menuchas haguf.
may we not hear of any more tragedies at all.

I think we each have to make a serious Cheshbon Hanefesh in light of all the terrible things that have befallen our community in the last few months. Ad Masai?

if someone gives a large donation, maybe it can be invested and they can use the dividends that will come regularly. HaShem Yishmor, this is a real tragedy.
leah
my goodness! this is
horrible what is going on in this world!
Moshiach shoin!
Why doesn’t the Lubavitch community take these things seriously? These are not personal tragedies only, these are messages from Hashem to be taken seriously. We need to organize as a community like they do in other communities, and call gatherings to say Tehilim and make Hachlotos. This can’t continue! We need to make Moshiach happen already!
What a tragedy!!!
Baruch Dayan Emes and Refuah Shelama!!

Oh what a sad day for us….What a great loss…..We lost a great co-worker and a nice friend. I think of him every minute….Last week we spoke about our kids, about our families and so much more. Yosef, you were so excited about this trip with your family and now you are not among us. Its so difficult to overcome this grief. Life is so fragile. We are so weak. May GOD bless you and your daughter…..and make us strong to bear this pain.

There is nothing that can be said to express the emptiness that is felt by the loss of Joseph. He is the most genuine person I have ever met in my life. Joseph was a wonderful friend and those who did not get the chance to know him were cheated out of a beautiful friendship. I thank God for allowing me to know him and I know I am better for having known him. God be with him and Flora and the entire Golding family. This is truly a shock ….. Joseph you will be truly missed.
