Alternate Side Parking Rules Suspended Monday and Tuesday
Alternate side parking (street cleaning) regulations will be suspended on Monday, December 8, 2008 and Tuesday, December 9, 2008, for holiday observances. All other regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect.

Actually it’s suspended Wednesday too (for those of us who travel out of Crown Heights). As per NYC.gov:
Alternate Side Parking regulations will be suspended on Mon.-Wed., Dec. 8-10 for holiday observance of Immaculate Conception on Monday & Idul-Adha on Monday-Wednesday. All other regulations, including parking meters, remain in effect.
