Snow combined with freezing temperatures are causing very hazardous driving conditions, with snow freezing and turning into sheets of ice.

There were well over 20 reported accidents in Crown Heights and the vicinity alone. Motorists take care and caution while driving tonight.

    Parking rules did in fact remain in effect.

    2up: In Crown Heights Eastern Parkway has alternate side parking rules as well as a few other streets in the outskirts and other places around the city.
