Over 400 Join Darchai Menachem’s Annual Purim Bash

Families of Darchai Menachem gathered together for the school’s much-anticipated Annual Purim Bash, bringing more than 400 students, parents, and family members together for an evening filled with Purim joy, music, and celebration.

Held at Oholei Torah, the event reflected the warm, student-centered atmosphere that defines Darchai Menachem. The program included an engaging Megillah reading along with a wide range of Purim activities, including face painting, balloons, a photo booth, mishloach manos, and lively music that kept the room full of energy throughout the evening.

A highlight of the event was the costume presentation, where every child had the opportunity to go up on stage and proudly show off their Purim costume. One by one, the children were invited up as the crowd cheered them on.

Rabbi Mendy Vail used the opportunity to highlight each child individually, helping every child feel proud and appreciated as they enjoyed their moment in the spotlight.

The evening beautifully captured the spirit of the Darchai Menachem community — a place where every child is valued, celebrated, and encouraged to shine. The annual Purim Bash continues to be a beloved Darchai tradition that brings together the entire Darchai Menachem family for an evening of connection, joy, and unforgettable Purim memories.

A heartfelt thank you goes to Darchai Menachem Assistant Principal Rabbi Avramel Spalter and Principal Rabbi Menachem Amar, whose tremendous dedication and tireless efforts in planning, coordinating, and overseeing every aspect of the event ensured that the celebration ran smoothly from beginning to end and was enjoyed by all who attended.

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year opens on Thursday March 19th.
