Oholei Torah Hosts Fifth Annual Staff Chanukah Latkes Ovent

Oholei Torah Mechanchim and staff gathered with their families for the fifth annual Chanukah Latkes Ovent, a warm and uplifting evening celebrating dedication to chinuch and the spirit of Chanukah. The event brought together mechanchim from across the moissed for an evening of connection, appreciation, and joy.

The program was emceed by Rabbi Zelig Newman, who guided the evening with warmth and energy. Rabbi Mendel Blau, Rosh Moissed, delivered an inspiring dvar Torah, sharing timely Chanukah messages of the enduring impact of a mechanech.

Families enjoyed a delicious fleishig dinner, followed by a lively and engaging performance by The Nussi Show, which brought smiles to children and adults alike and added to the festive atmosphere of the evening.

The Yeshiva extends heartfelt thanks to Rabbi Yisroel Cohen for his dedicated coordination of the entire event, along with Miss Shaina Rosenfeld and Rabbi Schneur Zalman Oster from Operations whose tremendous efforts made the evening a true success. Appreciation is also extended to R’ Moshe Reichman and the kitchen staff, as well as the devoted Oholei Torah Service Department, for their hard work in ensuring every detail was handled with care. The Chanukah Latkes Ovent once again reflected the warmth, unity, and hakaras hatov that define the Oholei Torah community.
