Fathers and Grandfathers Join Talmidim for Yud Kislev Farbrangen in Lubavitcher Yeshiva
In honor of Yud Kislev, the Chag HaGeulah of the Mitteler Rebbe, fathers and grandfathers joined the talmidim of Kitos Daled, Hey, and Vov for a special day of learning and chassidishe farbrangen in Tomchei Temimim.
The morning opened with Limud HaChassidus. Rabbi Yosef Aron, principal, shared a few words about the special day, encouraging the talmidim to strengthen their hiskashrus to the Rebbe.
Shacharis followed, with fathers, grandfathers, and talmidim davening together in a beautiful tefillah that set the tone for the entire program.
After the davening, everyone enjoyed a festive Yom Tov seudah. The program continued with a sicha of the Rebbe, presented along with an interactive questionnaire, giving the boys a deeper appreciation of Yud Kislev and helping them connect the message to their daily lives.
Rabbi Shalom Bonnardel, director of Extra-Curricular Programming, spoke passionately about the many mivtzoim, learning projects, and special initiatives happening every day in Yeshiva. He highlighted how talmidim, on their own, gather daily to learn more, and grow in their yiras Shamayim, reflecting the vibrant chassidishe avir that fillsTomchei Temimim.
As part of “a day in Yeshiva,” the boys proudly presented class projects and hands-on displays they had worked on, bringing their learning to life with creativity. A video production,“A Day in the Life of a Talmid”, gave parents and grandparents a window into the daily growth of their children and grandchildren.
Raffles added to the excitement, and the Rebbeim were warmly thanked for their ongoing dedication and the countless hours they invest into every talmid.
A heartfelt thank you to Rabbi Shaya Spielman, and Mattanya Neeman for ensuring the program was the tremendous success it was.
