A Memorable Yud Daled Kislev Celebration at Lubavitcher Yeshiva

Talmidim from Tomchei Temimim experienced a meaningful and joyous Yud Daled Kislev celebration, commemorating the Rebbe’s chasuna—”A day that connects the Rebbe with the Chassidim and the Chassidim with the Rebbe.”

“א טאג וואס פארבינדט די רבי’ן מיט די חסידים און די חסידים מיטן רבי’ן”

From the moment the talmidim entered the building in the morning until the moment they left, every part of the day was infused with the essence of Yud Daled Kislev and Hiskashrus. The talmidim joined in the celebrations with joyous singing, dancing, and stories that highlighted the significance of this special day.

Talmidim participated in a lavish fleishig seuda accompanied by live music. Copies of the original “Entrance Cards” from the Rebbe’s wedding were distributed, allowing the talmidim to connect deeply to the historical significance of the day. Rabbi Kalmen Weinfeld led an uplifting farbrengen, sharing meaningful insights and encouraging the boys to strengthen their connection to the Rebbe through hachlotos tovos. Rabbi Simpson  delivered an inspiring speech about the significance of Yud Daled Kislev, leaving a lasting impression on the talmidim.

In the spirit of a true chasuna celebration, live music accompanied the dancing, filling the room with energy and simcha. The talmidim’s enthusiasm was palpable, as they joyously danced with chayus, celebrating their bond with the Rebbe.
