Empire Blvd in Crown Heights was always a slightly bumpy ride, and for a time it will get worse before getting better.
Contactors from the City of New York spent two nights this week diligently “milling” and removing the upper layer of asphalt from the main street in preparation for repaving.
For the next period of time until the scheduled paving takes place, you can expect a “gravelly” and bumpy ride on the Blvd.
