YKK 8th Grade Program Announces Summer Head Staff
Yeshivas Kayitz Kingston, Oholei Torah’s 8th grade summer program, has announced their head staff in anticipation of this year’s summer at the Hershey and Raisy Friedman Campus.
This year will be its 5th year in operation, and YKK is already one of the most sought-after summer programs for 8th grade bochurim. The serious learning, exciting trips and dedicated staff all contribute to Yeshivas Kayitz Kingston’s success and appeal.
The success of a summer program lies in the quality of its staff, and YKK has spared no resources procuring the most talented staff available.
This year’s head counselors will be Avremel Zaltzman from Toronto, Ontario and Shmaya Hecht from Orange, Connecticut. Learning Director will be Shmuli Shanowitz from Los Angeles, California.
Each head staff member brings with him a wide range of camp experience, including head staff positions in Parksville’s BMD, CGI Florida and Manchester Day Camp.
“I’m looking forward to an amazing summer,” said Avremel Zaltzman. “We are putting tremendous efforts into giving the talmidim an amazing experience.”
In addition to the regular summer learning program and activities, YKK is planning an elaborate Mivtza program that will run throughout the summer, incentivizing campers to achieve goals both in learning and hanhaga. This program has been a bochur’s favorite in the past, and will continue expanding this year to offer greater trips and rewards.
“Every effort is being made to ensure that the talmidim have the most special summer experience possible,” said Rabbi Yisroel Levertov, YKK’s Director. “We look forward to having your son join us at Yeshivas Kayitz Kingston this year.”
