Chanukah Light Thaws Montreal Winter Night
Thousands of Montrealers braved the freezing weather for a public Menorah lighting in the neighborhood of Cote S. Luc, organized by Shliach Rabbi M. M. Raskin. The lighting was followed by a Car-Menroah parade, with the participation of about 70 vehicles traveling through the city.
