Hundreds of Anash, Bochurim and women gathered in front of 770 to partake in the Levaya of Rabbi Yekutiel Rapp OBM, a well known and loved Mashpia in Tomchei Temimim – 770, who was killed in a terrible crash Tuesday evening.

when someone is killed in a car accident their is always a thorough intense investigations, and especially in this case were he was run over THREE TIMES.
the community should demand a meeting with the NYPD, to be briefed on the full investigation, to make sure there was no malice intend or negligence!!

Its heart breaking news. We have to investigate what exactly happened and why the driver did not go out of his car. Why did he go three times back and forth with out stopping.
