Kinus Torah in Oholei Torah Mesivta
On Sunday the 10th of Sivan a Kinnus Torah was held, in the main zal of Oholei Torah Mesivta on Troy Avenue with the members of the hanhola, talmidim and special guests.
Opening the evening was Rabbi Zushe Wilhelm, Menahel, who expounded on the idea of the Kinnusim Torah connected with the three Yomim Tovim, and the encouragement of the Rebbe for such events.
On behalf of the hanholas Hayeshiva, Rabbi Chaim Yisroel Wilhelm, Rabbi Mendel Pewzner and Rabbi Levi Matasof each in their own special manner.
Rabbi Wilhelm then introduced the special guests, Rabbi Aaron Schapiro of Bnai Brak, Israel, the Rosh Yeshiva of Mesivta D’Rashbi, who spoke about the importance and uniqueness of learning Rashi in light of the Rebbe’s hadrocha and following was Rabbi Mendel Gordon, Mashpia from London England, who spoke of the special connection of the Ba’al Shemtov and Chag Hashavuos.
The Kinus gave much encouragement o the Bochurim, and added greatly to the learning in the days following Chag Matan Torah.

last year this Kinus had all rabonim, but since they are fighting each had to come separately.
this year you may notice that NO Rabonim showed up.

it is obvious that after so many years of our community being tied up in a war for or against the rabonim, the time is Finlay here where no one even cares, and why should we?
we spent close to $400.000 on a international beth din to decide on a election that was full of fraud, we elected someone who looks like doesn’t have any credentials

the only time we here from him, is when Rabbi osdoba says anything, Braun will stick his head out and say the opposite, or as we have recently seen his screaming and shouting like a maniac when R Osdoba was given the Aserois Hadibrois.
never mind that our community has families with no food to eat. never mind that our community has so many other issues, all this guy does is pull a heavy salary and act like a wild animal.
it is no wounder Australia threw this guy out.
and by the way, do you all remember the people singing his praises that he is good for the younger generation, that he is a great speaker, he even has a blackberry….it reminds me of the hope and change from Obama.
