Oholei Torah Eighth Grade Graduation

A most impressive Graduation ceremony was held earlier this week in the Oholei Torah Ballroom. The families of the graduates were visibly impressed as the students marched in, class by class, and took their seats as the program was about to begin.

The ceremony began with the Rebbe’s Kapitol said by Yeshaya Rottenberg, then Levi Schanowitz shared a Dvar Torah and a siyum. Rabbi Lustig, Dean of the Elementary Department greeted the graduates. Heartfelt thanks were given by Shmuely Bronchtain. Rabbi Ephraim Mintz, thanked the school for all their efforts on behalf of the parents of the eighth grade.

A video was shown of the accomplishments and activities of this past year, both in the school and of the OTEG program.

The Rebbeim and support staff were given gifts as a token of appreciation, and each student in addition to his diploma was also given a sefer as a memento of this day of simcha. The diplomas and gifts were presented by the dedicated teachers.

The Graduation ceremony was arranged by Rabbi Sholom Goldstein, newly appointed Principal, who has had great success this past year in implementing many new and exciting programs for his division.
